Warranty Period

A 12-month or 6,000 engine hour warranty is provided when components rebuild are performed on machinery and equipment components.

After installation of the components on the machine/equipment, we perform on-site start-up, testing, and handover (documented).

Our warranty service team comprises 8 engineers and technical staff, supported by 6 off-road vehicles (1 LC76, 1 LC200, and 4 LC300), fully equipped with service tools and maintained in a state of readiness.
Upon receipt of a warranty service request, we ensure the readiness of the required personnel and spare parts and deploy them to the mine site within 24 hours.
